Georgia Retired Educators' MuseumWould you like to honor an educator, friend, or other with an engraved brick on our Honor Roll Plaza? Click here for the personally engraved brick form. The purchase is tax deductible! The Georgia Retired Educators’ Museum, Inc., is a certified 501©(3) organization. The sub-committees of this organization are Feasibility Study, Project Development, Fund Raising, Honorary Board, Building Design, and Budget. Your Board of Directions of this organization is busy working toward a future building which will house the administrative offices of the Georgia Retired Educators Association and a public access museum depicting the visual and virtual history of public education in Georgia. Public uses of the museum are also envisioned. We have almost reached the goal for purchasing the land in south Hall County for our museum. This museum will be dedicated to the history of education in Georgia, and it will be one of which you will be proud. Your Georgia Retired Educators Museum Board of Directors has been working hard preparing a floor plan of the museum and GREA office space, visiting other museums and researching their displays and techniques, and completing a feasibility study. If you have any questions please call us at 770 287-7721 or 1 800 637-2883
